Locked scope

One company. Eight questions. Twenty-four official calls.

Subject
One company, one public website, one primary US market context, and English testing.
Questions
Eight locked business questions, printed in the delivered file.
Official APIs
Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity. Eight calls per provider; 24 required calls total.
Consumer interfaces
ChatGPT.com and other consumer products are not the measurement and never replace required API evidence.
Public pages
Homepage plus up to 24 relevant public pages on the same website. Additional domains, subdomains, brands, or languages require separate scope.
Delivery
A concise English PDF, typically 6-9 pages, sent by email. The same structured evidence may be supplied as JSON later, but JSON is not promised in this version.

Inside the file

The chain is the product.

  1. Scope header. Subject, engagement ID, date, market, language, page cap, providers, models, and recorded conditions.
  2. Question set. The exact eight questions used for all three providers.
  3. Provider records. Short excerpts for all 24 question-provider pairs, with timestamps, sources, and evidence hashes.
  4. Public-page records. Relevant URLs, retrieval dates, hashes, and quoted text used by a recorded signal.
  5. Conditional signals. When an available mechanical rule fires, the signal and its cited inputs are preserved.
  6. Completeness and limits. Coverage status, holds, unavailable evidence, and what the recording cannot establish.

Every descriptive statement in the file cites an API record or captured page. A signal states only that its published condition fired.

Rule discipline

Mechanical means no inference.

  • Provider disagreement: records materially different answer fields; it does not decide which provider is correct.
  • Unavailable page: records a failed or non-content response; it does not infer why the page is unavailable.
  • Template or placeholder: records a published marker from the locked list; it does not infer readiness or neglect.
  • Quoted page contradiction: places two attributable public statements side by side; it does not resolve them.

Provider agreement is not proof. Majority output is not truth. No flag supplies severity, legal meaning, intent, or business impact.

Included / excluded

A recording, not a consulting bundle.

Included

  • Eight locked questions and 24 official API calls
  • Short excerpts, provider sources, timestamps, and hashes
  • Capped public-page captures with URLs and hashes
  • Recorded signals with cited inputs when an available rule fires
  • A hold if required evidence is incomplete

Not included

  • Human interpretation, severity, advice, recommendations, or business-impact analysis
  • Website rewriting, correction, implementation, retest, or monitoring
  • Dashboard, subscription, account, or software license
  • Legal, compliance, security, medical, financial, or accessibility opinion
  • Ranking, reputation, advertising, traffic, citation, or future-answer guarantees

Interpretation and correction work are optional, separately scoped, and not included in the $495 fee. No price for that work is stated or implied.

Acceptance and holds

Missing evidence stays visible.

The standard scope requires a reachable public business website and all 24 official API calls.

  • Hold: a required API response or required public-page record is incomplete, stale, or unavailable.
  • Separate scope: multiple companies, brands, domains, markets, or languages; login-only content; or more than 25 relevant pages.
  • Decline or specialist review: urgent disputes, confidential evidence, private personal information, or requests for legal or safety conclusions.

No provider, model, consumer interface, or unrelated page silently fills a required gap.

Before work begins

Fit first. Scope and payment second.

  1. Request. Send the short fit check, including which assistants your buyers actually use or “not sure.”
  2. Fit check. We confirm whether the company and website fit the standard recording.
  3. Scope and payment. You receive the accepted scope, total price, terms, and payment instructions in writing.
  4. Work Start Notice. The questions, start date, and delivery date are locked before calls begin.

One recording. One price.

Keep the answer and its evidence together.
